This page helps you get started with your account and contract management. You do not need technical knowledge to use the app.

0) Data use, terms and GDPR

We collect personal data and documents only to set up the Cortina North residential complex Home Owners Association (HOA) and to verify owners in the internal WhatsApp community, in order to maintain close communication between us, the volunteers, and the other residents. After contract details and supporting documents are submitted, requests are pending review until validation is completed. Once validated, residents become eligible to physically sign HOA papers and gain access to the owners-only subgroup named Cortina North Community. The data is used strictly for this scope and will be deleted as soon as the HOA is established. By continuing with sign up, sign in, and providing data in this application, you agree to the Terms and Conditions and GDPR processing described by this app.

1) Sign up

Create your account by entering your personal details. For your safety, email and phone number are validated during sign up. This helps confirm your contact information is correct.

2) Sign in

When you sign in, the app uses extra protection with multi-factor authentication (MFA) through an SMS code. After entering your password, you confirm your login with the code you receive on your phone.

3) Manage real estate sale-purchase contracts

After signing in, open the Contracts page and create your contract by filling in CVC Id, Date, and Number. Once the contract is saved, open each section to add owners, properties, and documents, including uploading the required files. You can later edit or remove each item using the edit and delete icons. After submitting contract information and documents, your request remains pending for review (not validated yet). Once the review is finalized and your request is validated, you are considered eligible to physically sign the HOA papers and to be granted access to the owners-only WhatsApp subgroup: Cortina North Community.
